Where do I start with Novotix?

Our software has a number of very extensive functionalities. It is therefore good to know that you are not alone and that we are always ready to help you on your way. If you need help, please let us know, we're happy to help!


1. Create an event

As soon as you have started the onboarding at our organization, you can immediately create your unforgettable event. Creating an event at Novotix is easy-peasy and can be done in just 4 steps. Provide a catchy name so that visitors cannot avoid buying tickets for your event. If you have created an event, we will start working for you in the background. For example, we automatically prepare the first sales channel for you and we ensure that the email templates are set up. You can then furnish or adjust these to your own taste and insight.


2. Create categories and tickets

Now that your event has been created, you naturally want visitors to be able to buy tickets. Creating tickets is very easy and starts with creating a category. You then add one or more products (tickets) to the category. Of course, the Novotix platform is not just limited to a ticket name and price. You will see in the next step that a range of settings can be made. We are happy to support you in this!


3. Create sales channel

When you create an event, we automatically create the first sales channel in the background. A sales channel is a ticket shop that allows you to sell your tickets to the visitors of your event. You can completely, and by that we mean completely, style this ticket shop to your own taste. Almost all colors, images, fonts, form fields and payment methods can be customized to your liking. In short, you are the final boss! You can show or not show what you want to show in the sales channel. This choice is yours. Our sales channel module is very extensive. Despite the settings being intuitive, we can imagine that the first time is a challenge. Don't panic, we are always there for you!


4. Form fields

If you want to request additional information from your visitor, additional form fields can be added. The completed form fields of completed orders can be exported to Excel in a report.
