I have paid via Sofort and have not received my tickets, why is this?

In some cases it happens that the Sofort payment is not processed immediately. This is because Sofort works with a so-called direct debit. In that case, it may happen with some banks that only the amount is reserved on your account, but has not actually been debited. The processing of the order will therefore only take place once the bank has definitively released the payment to Sofort, after which the relevant order will also be processed. This process can take up to 7 days after payment.
