This article explains step by step how to create a new account on the Novotix platform. By following the steps below, you will successfully register your account and prepare it for activation. Please note that onboarding and KYC verification are handled in a separate helpdesk article.
Open your web browser and navigate to:
This is the central access point for managing your Novotix account.
On the dashboard homepage, click Create an Account. You will be redirected to the registration flow:

This flow guides you through all required steps to set up your account.

Select the account plan that best fits your needs, for example:
Basic – for starting or individual users
Professional – for business and professional use
After selecting your plan, click Continue to proceed.
Fill in your personal account information:
First name
Last name
Email address
Password
Password confirmation
Make sure your password meets the security requirements shown on screen. When completed, click Continue.
Choose whether you are registering as:
Individual (Consumer), or
Company (Business)
If you select Company, you will be asked to provide:
Company or organization name
Legal entity type
Team size
Company address
Enter all required fields accurately and click Continue.
In the final step:
Complete the CAPTCHA verification
Accept the Novotix Terms and Conditions
Accept the Payment Service Provider Terms (if applicable)
Click Submit to finalize your registration.
After submitting the form:
Check your email inbox for the Novotix activation email
If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder
Click the activation link in the email to activate your account
Your account is not active until this step is completed.
Once your account is activated:
Log in via https://dashboard.novotix.io
