How to create an account on the Novotix platform

This article explains step by step how to create a new account on the Novotix platform. By following the steps below, you will successfully register your account and prepare it for activation. Please note that onboarding and KYC verification are handled in a separate helpdesk article.

Step 1: Go to the Novotix Dashboard

Open your web browser and navigate to:

https://dashboard.novotix.io

This is the central access point for managing your Novotix account.

Step 2: Start Account Registration

On the dashboard homepage, click Create an Account. You will be redirected to the registration flow:

This flow guides you through all required steps to set up your account.

Step 3: Choose an Account Plan

Select the account plan that best fits your needs, for example:

After selecting your plan, click Continue to proceed.

Step 4: Enter Account Details

Fill in your personal account information:

Make sure your password meets the security requirements shown on screen. When completed, click Continue.

Step 5: Provide Company Information

Choose whether you are registering as:

If you select Company, you will be asked to provide:

Enter all required fields accurately and click Continue.

Step 6: Review and Submit

In the final step:

Click Submit to finalize your registration.

Step 7: Activate Your Account

After submitting the form:

  1. Check your email inbox for the Novotix activation email

  2. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder

  3. Click the activation link in the email to activate your account

Your account is not active until this step is completed.
