Ongoing Improvements to the Novotix Dashboard

During Week 52 of 2025, our engineering team is performing an extensive maintenance and improvement cycle on the Novotix platform. This maintenance focuses on performance, stability, and future scalability of the dashboard.

While most changes happen behind the scenes, some improvements may take longer than expected to fully complete. During this period, you may notice small behavioral changes or brief inconsistencies as systems are optimized.

1. PJAX Integration & Navigation Improvements

We are finalizing and stabilizing our PJAX-based navigation system.

• Fixing edge cases where components reload incorrectly

• Ensuring third-party integrations (like live chat and widgets) remain stable across PJAX navigation

2. Dashboard Performance Boost 🚀

One of the main goals of this maintenance window is a significant performance upgrade.

Much of this work happens at infrastructure and code-architecture level, which is why it can take time to safely roll out.

We are optimizing how forms are submitted and processed across the dashboard.
