When a ticket category is no longer available, it means that all tickets allocated to that category have already been purchased. Availability is determined by the event organiser and cannot be adjusted once sales have closed.
We realise this can be disappointing. However, Novotix does not have the ability to reopen sales or add extra tickets once an event or category has reached its limit.
Occasionally, organisers may choose to release additional tickets at a later time or offer a waiting list or authorised resale option. Any such updates will always be communicated via the event’s official channels, so we recommend checking the event website regularly.
For your own security, avoid buying tickets through unofficial marketplaces or private sellers. Tickets obtained outside the official sales or resale channels cannot be verified by Novotix, and we are unable to offer assistance for tickets purchased via third parties. Always rely on the event’s official website to find approved resale options or partners.
