What do we remove and what not
We can delete the Novotix Ticket Wallet App account immediately. Please note, once your account has been deleted, you will no longer have access to your purchased products via the app. The purchased products can of course still be requested in PDF form via our website and are completely separate from the app account in question.
Although we can delete your app account, we unfortunately cannot immediately delete all data if a specific event is still ongoing. This is because the purchased tickets are registered in your name. If we were to delete all detailed data, we would deny you access to the event. Of course, once an event has ended, we can delete all your data. We do this within 3 weeks after the event.
